Monthly Care Program
Ongoing, individualized care designed to support progress over time.
Hormone and metabolic care often requires more than a single visit. The Monthly Care Plan provides structured follow-up, access between appointments, and continuity of care for patients who want a more responsive, individualized experience.
Enrollment is optional, but for many patients, ongoing care offers the clarity and consistency needed to feel confident in their treatment plan.
Why Patients Choose Ongoing Care
Hormone and metabolic concerns are rarely resolved in a single appointment.
Your body’s response to treatment can change week to week, especially early on. Ongoing care allows time to observe patterns, review how you’re responding, and make thoughtful adjustments — rather than trying to compress complex decisions into isolated visits.
This approach supports care that adapts with you, not rushed conclusions.
What’s Included in Your Monthly Care Plan
The Monthly Care Plan isn’t about
more appointments — it’s about
better continuity of care.
Patients often choose this plan for:
Regular Follow-Up
Dedicated visits to review symptoms, labs (when applicable), medications, and supplements as your body responds over time.
Support Between Visits
Secure portal messaging for questions, symptom updates, or clarification of recommendations, with responses typically within 1–2 business days during business hours.
Thoughtful Lab & Treatment Oversight
Labs are ordered, reviewed, and interpreted in context, with next steps discussed during visits when appropriate.
Lifestyle & Nutrition Guidance
Foundational guidance around sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and overall well-being — tailored to your individual needs and discussed during visits.
Priority Scheduling
Earlier appointment availability during active treatment phases, when follow-up timing matters most.
What to Expect
Early Phase
When starting hormones or addressing metabolic concerns, follow-up visits are typically scheduled every 4 weeks. This allows time to make thoughtful adjustments as your body responds.
Stabilization phase
As symptoms and medications become better managed, follow-up visits often shift to every 3 months, or as clinically appropriate.
Ongoing Flexibility
Care is individualized. Some patients choose to continue with more frequent visits for additional support, based on preference or clinical need.
