Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Women’s Clarity Consult?

The Women’s Clarity Consult is a one-hour, lab-based consultation with Angie Wetli, integrative nurse practitioner and founder of Aligned Wellness Clinic in Simpsonville, SC. Every woman completes the same full functional lab panel before the visit. During the consult, Angie reviews the results with you, explains the “why” behind your symptoms, and recommends a clear path forward.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Aligned Wellness Clinic is a cash-based, self-pay practice. Because insurance doesn’t dictate the length of visits, Angie can spend a full hour with you. Some lab costs may be reimbursable through an HSA, an FSA, or out-of-network benefits, so check with your plan.

What symptoms do you help with?

Angie helps women with symptoms that often get dismissed as stress or aging:

  • Low energy and fatigue

  • Poor sleep

  • Weight gain or weight that won’t budge

  • Mood changes, anxiety, or irritability

  • Brain fog

  • Irregular or heavy periods

These symptoms can come and go, which is one reason they’re so often missed.

What labs are included in the Women’s Clarity Consult?

The Clarity Consult includes a full functional lab panel of 19 markers:

  • A complete hormone panel: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, FSH, LH, and SHBG

  • A full thyroid panel: TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and TPO antibodies

  • Nutrient levels: ferritin, B12, and vitamin D

  • An inflammation marker: CRP

  • Metabolic markers: CMP, CBC, Hemoglobin A1c, and fasting insulin

Fasting insulin is very rarely checked in standard care.

How does the Women’s Clarity Consult work?

The Women’s Clarity Consult works in four steps:

  1. Book and pay for your consult.

  2. Get your labs drawn ahead of time.

  3. Meet with Angie for a 60-minute consultation to go over your results.

  4. Leave with a recommended path forward based on your labs and goals.

Is the Clarity Consult only for perimenopause?

No.

Many of Angie’s patients are in perimenopause, but she also works with younger women who have hormone-related concerns. These include irregular cycles, PCOS, acne, and fertility challenges. Out-of-balance hormones can affect women at any age.

Can I book a virtual or in-person appointment?

Yes.

You can choose a virtual consultation or meet in person at Aligned Wellness Clinic in Simpsonville, SC. Location details are sent after booking.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready to book?

If you still have questions after watching the video, you can book a 15-minute Alignment Session for $47. That $47 is credited toward your Clarity Consult if you book.

Do you work with men?

Yes.

Aligned Wellness Clinic offers a separate Men’s Health Consult for men with changes in energy, weight, or hormone levels. It uses its own lab panel designed for men.
